Prior to Wall Street Prep, Adam was a Vice President at McNamee Lawrence & Co., a technology boutique investment bank, where he specialized in M&A and private financings. Adam was also a Senior Financial Analyst at one of the top 10 largest private companies Certified Public Accountant where he assisted the company with its first debt offering.
